Cara memasak Healthy Rice

Bahan ai??i?? bahan yang perlu dipersiapkan untuk membuat healthy rice, antara lain:

  • 2 sendok makan minyak sayur
  • 2 siung bawang putih, yang telah dicincang halus
  • 1 batang daun bawang, yang telah diiris serong tipis
  • 1 buah cabai merah, yang telah diiris serong tipis
  • 100 g daging dada ayam, yang telah dipotong kecil ai??i?? kecil
  • real brand viagra.

  • 2 helai sawi putih, yang telah diambil bagian yang putih, kemudian diiris halus
  • 50 g wortel, yang telah diiris memanjang kecil ai??i?? kecil
  • 6 buah buncis muda, yang telah dipotong kasar
  • 250 g nasi merah
  • fixime.

  • 2 sendok makan MaggiAi?? Seasoning
  • A? sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1 sendok teh garam

Bahan ai??i?? bahan yang perlu dipersiapkan untuk membuat taburan ai??i?? healthy rice, antara lain:

  • 2 sendok makan kacang mete, yang telah dipanggang
  • 1 lembar telur dadar, yang telah diiris halus

Cara membuat healthy rice:

  1. Tumis bawang putih terlebih dahulu, bersama dengan daun bawang dan cabai merah ke dalam sebuah wajan penggorengan berisi minyak goreng yang telah dipanaskan sebelumnya, hingga tumisan menjadi harum dan layu.
  2. Setelah itu, barulah lanjutkan dengan memasukkan daging ayam ke dalam tumisan tersebut, sambil diaduk – aduk hingga daging ayam matang dan menjadi kaku.
  3. Kemudian, tambahkan sawi, wortel dan buncis ke dalam tumisan tersebut, sambil diaduk – aduk hingga adonan tumisan layu.
  4. Jika sudah layu, maka sekarang masukkan nasi, Maggi dan bumbu lainnya ke dalam wajan penggorengan berisi bahan tumisan tersebut sambil diaduk – aduk hingga semuanya tercampur rata.
  5. Jika semuanya telah tercampur rata, maka sekarang angkat tumisan ini dari perapian, dan healthy rice siap untuk disajikan bersama dengan bahan taburannya selagi masih hangat, setelah nasi diletakkan pada piring saji.
